Class Sessions:

First Session September 14 – October 19 (6 weeks) – $111

Second Session October 26 – December 14 (7 weeks) – $129.50

Class Information:

  • This is a Package Session of classes that offers a choreographed routine that will build and progress weekly.
  • No refunds, but credits may apply
  • Only non-breakable, spillproof water bottles (water only) are allowed in the studio. No food or drink, other than water. 
  • Only indoor sneakers or jazz shoes are allowed on the dance floor for Hip Hop class. Bare feet are allowed. 

Adult Hip Hop An energetic, rhythmic, and dynamic dance class that offers current dance moves and a great workout!  This class will build strength, flexibility, and coordination by utilizing warm-up exercises, dance steps across the floor, and choreographed routines that are easy to learn. Bring on your sass and bring along a friend for some super-charged fun! Open to all levels. 

 

Adult Tap A dance class that develops rhythmic foot patterns, tap techniques, and musicality.  Tap progression will develop into choreographed routines to various music styles.  Come join a class that will be fun, exuberant, and a great workout!  Open to all levels. 

 

Dharma Yoga (fee by donation) Dharma Yoga is a modern interpretation of classical Eight-Limbed or Hatha-RajaYoga, deeply rooted in ethical precepts that include elements of flowing Vinyasa, inversions and held poses that will help one discover concentration, mediation, abiding contentedness, and deep healing relaxation.  Created by Sri Dharma Mittra in 1975, the physical practice tones and invigorates the body and mind, leading to enhanced flexibility, strength, balance, and coordination. Breathing exercises and meditative techniques regulate the heartbeat, de-stress the nervous system and calm the mind.  Open to advanced beginners and up.
